We wrapped up the month by spending a morning cleaning the church together. It’s not something we usually bring the kids to because they can sometimes be more underfoot than helpful, but this time they loved pitching in and took such delight in every small job. Watching them work so happily was really sweet, and it made me extra grateful for these small chances to serve as a family.
