I can’t believe Cohen is already 8! Where has the time gone? Auntie Mizz surprised us by arriving the night before and decorating our house with Transformers decorations. Cohen was absolutely thrilled when he woke up to find everything set up.
This year has been significant for Cohen. He played both soccer and baseball, and it seems he preferred soccer, which is a relief for Jeff and me since we’re not the biggest baseball fans. Over the summer, he attended two basketball camps and really enjoyed them, so we’re excited that he wants to try playing basketball this winter.
While Cohen still loves Star Wars, he has developed a newfound passion for Transformers. He also enjoys watching Wild Kratts and any Lego cartoon.
Cohen has become quite skilled at building Legos and can now construct them on his own. He’s even started creating his own designs, which makes me incredibly proud.
He’s doing well in school, excelling in math and becoming a great reader. Science seems to be his favorite subject; he’s constantly asking to do experiments and look things up on Google. I love his curiosity!
Cohen still loves sushi but has also developed a taste for Thai food, especially massaman curry. He’s also a fan of the new baked mac ‘n’ cheese I’ve started making.
