I couldn’t help but laugh when I got this school picture of Cohen. Normally, I would have had it retaken, but given the year we’ve had, this photo felt like the perfect representation of everything Cohen’s been through—so I decided to keep it! I absolutely love this kid and his resilience.
Cohen has faced so much this year, including attending two different schools. The first was incredibly challenging, and when he transitioned to the new school he started with a short schedule and ended up transitioning to full-time school. Yet, true to Cohen’s nature, he handled all of these changes with grace and strength. I can’t even begin to express how proud I am of him. This kid is going places, and I’m so lucky to be along for the ride!
