Holly Park has quickly become one of our favorite spots to visit. Grandma and her good friend Bonnie walk there daily during the spring, summer, and fall, and sometimes we tag along. Lydia especially loves these outings, and if she’s lucky, she gets to play on the playground afterward.
Lydia’s Ducks in a Row
During this particular visit, Bonnie surprised Lydia with some adorable rubber ducks, which she absolutely loved. As soon as we got home, Lydia started playing with them, but what melted my heart was watching her carefully line them up from largest to smallest. It was such a “Lydia” moment—she has such a knack for organizing things! Of course, I had to snap some pictures to send to Bonnie because it was just too sweet not to share. Moments like these remind me how special her little personality is!
