Bye, Bye Cruise Ship!
We had to wake the kids up early so we could have breakfast and get off the ship. They did not want to get up, and I don’t blame them at all. They played hard the past seven days! It was a great ship. We grabbed breakfast and then Onil walked us down off the ship. I love that we ended the way we started with a butler holding James hand as he walked off the ship. Overall it was a good trip. I think we will stick with Royal Caribbean. We would only do MSC again if we did Yacht Club. The rest of the common space just wasn’t that great.
The Drive Home!
We decided to try and cut our road trip home down to two days. It totally worked, but we did have some major fails on our trip. Like at one stop we couldn’t find good food. Then there was a moment where James had an ice-cream sandwich for dinner. Total Mom fail. Then as we approached NYC we ended up in a snow storm. It was crazy cold and windy. But we made it home in one piece. Thank goodness!
