Today I got to go to Lydia’s school and join in on the Kindergarten gingerbread making activity. I’m so glad the school is getting back to having family activities in person at the school. I really didn’t like that they didn’t do them last year. This was my first time in the cafeteria. What a tough life…they have a view of the Statue of Liberty.
Lydia was so excited when I walked in. She did a fantastic job decorating her little house. They used marshmallow fluff instead of frosting. I’m not sure if they did this because they thought it would stick better, but all I know is it was a sticky mess! It all worked out and I enjoyed my time with my little girl!
