After a good night’s sleep and a cheerful wake-up call from Mizz and cousin Kami, we hit the road for Utah. Naturally, we stopped at Café Rio for lunch—I mean, how could we not? I’m obsessed! We had promised the kids ice cream, but couldn’t find a spot near the charging station, so we decided to keep driving and eventually found a place in Utah called Farr Better Ice Cream. They had so many flavors! It was a fantastic little stop for the kids, even though it was a bit out of the way.
Once we arrived in South Jordan, we checked into the Embassy Suites and then headed over to Kerrie’s for the evening. It was so nice catching up with everyone—it made for a perfect end to the day!
