Cohen has not gone on many field trips this year, but his teacher crammed a bunch in at the end of the year. The first was a trip to the Empire State Building for a math program. I’m so glad Cohen got to go and see it with his friends. He loved it. Cohen had a rough year with his teacher so spending the last month on field trips was a real win for him!

The Yard on Governors Island
On June 14th, he went to the Yard on Governors Island. It’s a special playground for kids where adults are not let in and they can build and destroy whatever they want. It’s a fun idea but it totally stressed me out. Cohen had lots of fun and wanted to go back. Maybe someday.
The Paley Museum
On June 16th, Cohen went to the Paley Museum. Honestly I don’t know what this museum was, but Cohen liked it. I’m not sure if he liked it because he wasn’t in school or if he actually liked it.
